Welcome to TJ’s Designs. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.tjsdesigns.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or our services.
1. Services Offered
TJ’s Designs provides custom apparel and promotional product services, including embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, letterman jackets, plaques, and other related products.
2. Custom Orders
All custom orders are created based on the specifications you provide. You are responsible for confirming all details (spelling, colors, sizing, garment selection, etc.) before final approval and production.

Mockups: We provide digital proofs upon request. Production begins once final approval is received.

Production Time: Standard turnaround time is 10–14 business days from final approval and deposit. Rush services may be available at an additional fee.
3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes: Estimates are valid for 30 days and subject to change based on changes to quantity, materials, or scope.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.

Sales Tax: All orders are subject to applicable state and local sales tax unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided.
4. Shipping & Pickup

Local Pickup: Available at our Vallejo, CA location by appointment only.

Shipping: Available upon request. Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers.
5. Intellectual Property
You affirm that you own the rights or have permission to use any logos, graphics, or other content you submit. TJ’s Designs reserves the right to refuse designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or are deemed offensive or inappropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Minor variations in color, placement, or material inherent in custom production.

Delays caused by customer non-response, incorrect information, or third-party factors.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order.
7. Changes to Terms
TJ’s Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Returns & Refunds

Custom Items: No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item is materially defective or does not match the approved design.

Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of pickup or delivery, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order with a defect or error caused by TJ’s Designs:

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess and either correct, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Customer Errors
TJ’s Designs is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content including but not limited to:

Misspelled words

Incorrect sizes or item selections

Low-resolution artwork
Reprints or corrections due to customer error may incur full charges.
